Stage 3 begins in July 2025. Our 4 contractors ‘ contracts will be extended from September 2025. Each contractor will be tasked

• to provide an MCX server and devices for 1 more country
• to interconnect with 2 different contractors

Learning will be made, extending from the learnings in Stage 2.
