We are a team of 19 Member States and Schengen countries working together to establish the EUCCS to connect communication networks of all public law enforcement, civil protection, and safety responders in Europe to allow for seamless critical communication and operational mobility across the Schengen area by 2030.

Operational Mobility is the ability of First Responders to carry out their operations wherever they are, whenever they need and whoever they are tasked to cooperate with.
